content to be ideal for capturing, documenting, and demonstrating the function of the underlying state machines commonly used to structure today's programs, products, and user interfaces. Such a 'multiple use' approach to documentation streamlines product presentation in a variety of settings, from the very technical to the simply informal.

Diligent and timely documentation is essential for preservation of invention and IP rights (we use an electronic system compliant with 21 CFR Part 11). Our doctoral level expertise and liberal arts background, along with our broad interest in technology and engineering, makes us an ideal 'read and understood' witness to your invention or idea.

Services for 'read and understood' (or similar witnessing) are charged by the time it takes to digest the idea, and thus are quite reasonable fees. Consulting on the idea, if desired, is also available, again on a time spent basis. At no point in time does 'read and understood' or consulting transfer any rights or claims from your idea or invention to us.
